Differentiators
There are three things that make TC&M different:
Full Life-Cycle Services
Our services start at the earliest stages, such as Project Definition, to
the project completion, when transitions are important to ensure the new facility
is operational.
Within our full life-cycle model, we offer both short term and long term extension
of staff services, while working collaboratively to achieve optimal outcomes
during a project.
TC&M has the flexibility to provide our entire scope of services in an umbrella delivery model, on a standalone basis, or in partnership with others. With our depth and range of experience, we can begin our engagement with Project Definition and run the gamut of Program Management services and even continue services long after the facility has opened.
CO-OP Program
TC&M also has a unique program we call CO-OP, meaning Consulting Oversight
(leading to) Operating Personnel. This is a very beneficial program for owners
who are expanding or upgrading their facilities such that they will need additional
specialized personnel to help manage the facility once it is completed.
The advantage of this concept is that while the project is being designed and built, members of the TC&M team are beneficially contributing to a successful project. Yet once the project is completed, that expertise doesn’t “leave town”, but stays on to assist the owner in managing the facility.
Multi-Faceted Experience
Our senior staff has experience in working on all stages of transportation
projects, from planning to completion.
Some of our staff members have backgrounds in airline properties and facilities, and are uniquely positioned to offer services to airlines and airports, as well as others in the transportation industry. We offer the understanding to coordinate solutions to benefit all involved parties because of this multi-faceted experience.
